Kim concentrates in the area of talent management and has extensive experience in leadership coaching. She has designed talent management programs and global program management. Her areas of focus include talent development, leadership effectiveness & coaching, career development, talent retention, mentoring, building bench strength, and multigenerational and multicultural development initiatives.

Kim has designed and delivered talent & leadership development and coaching programs internationally including China, Europe and South America. She has over 20 years of experience in senior level roles in the fields of human resources and organizational development. As Vice President of Human Resources for AmeriPlan a multi-regional HMO in the healthcare industry and a subsidiary of John Hancock she played a key role in a variety of start-up, talent development, and re-engineering initiatives. Her professional background includes experience in healthcare, telecommunications, retail, and financial services.

Kim has presented at numerous professional organizations and conferences. As a Human Resources professional, Kim has been an active member in both the Atlanta Chapter and National Society of Human Resource Management. She has served as a Past President for the Atlanta Chapter which is one of the largest HR professional chapters in the United States.

Kim is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has continued her studies in advanced professional development. Kim is certified in numerous 360° assessments including MRG, PDI, Benchmarks, and Voices. She is certified on Emergenetics, HOGAN, Emotional Intelligence and EQi, Leaders Influence, and is certified to deliver the Leading through Change program and Change Effectiveness Assessment tool for leaders.
