Judy Dahm Leadership Coach

Judy Dahm is a Senior Leadership Coach for Bluepoint Leadership Development who specializes in maximizing the uniqueness, motivation, communication and leadership behavior of individuals in their quest for achievement and results.

Her experience of over 30 years as a senior leadership coach, seasoned business professional and leadership expert has taken her through the doors of Technology, Government, Education, Medical, Energy, Retail, Financial Services and non-profit sectors, where she has coached and developed many hundreds of executives, managers, and business professionals. Judy's professional and client relationships include Xerox, Hewlett Packard, Nortel, Intria, Telus, Petro Canada, Shell Oil, CIBC, Scotiabank, Royal Bank, BMO, TD Bank, Waterloo School District, Ontario Hearing Society, Ontario Network of Employment Skills, Ontario Nurses Association, Winners, Toromont Cat, Hudson Bay and Sobey's. Her leadership coaching and business acumen has reached individuals around the world, at many ages and in many walks of life, with extensive positive success in clients' business and professional lives.

Judy is an avid learner, starting her learning path with a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary. She has continued her education through master level studies and specialized certificates. Her credentials include the designation of Certified Management Consultant, a coaching certificate from the Adler School of Professional Coaching, certified Kolbe™ consultant with Kolbe Corp. in Phoenix, and certified practitioner in Emotional Competency Inventory™ through the Hay Group in Boston. Judy has received facilitation credentials in a number of state of the art of leadership programs, and is a practitioner with tools of Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry, plus a variety of assessment tools such as DISC, Meyers Briggs, and Kolb Learning Styles Inventory.

Judy uses strength based, positive psychology in her work, building upon the uniqueness and spirit of each individual in their leadership journey. Her clients learn to merge their natural talent and interpersonal strengths with their learned skills and performance opportunities.
