Tom brings more than 20 years of consulting and business leadership experience to his client work and is highly valued for the unique set of perspectives he brings to client issues. Tom has extensive global consulting experience having deployed to both short-term and long-term assignments in North America, Central America, South America, Europe including Scandinavia, the Middle East, China, Asia/Pac and Australia.

He has often been called upon by CEOs and other executives for individual and team coaching as well as organizational assessment and advisory services in leadership development, succession planning, talent development, change management, M&A, strategic planning and organizational design.

Previous leadership positions include a role as SVP and Practice Leader for Leadership and Talent Management with Right Management, a global Human Capital consulting firm. While at Right he led national and global relationship teams and served as a thought leader and business developer. He also served as the Managing Director for the Miller Howard Consulting Group, a boutique consulting firm with a global client roster. In addition, he served as a Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin in the Strategy and Change practice area. Tom has also worked in the financial industry as the Group Vice President and leader of corporate banking for a multi-billion dollar bank. He successfully led a group of corporate account officers with a loan and commitment portfolio approaching a billion dollars, in addition to significant cash management relationships. Tom’s first career was as a psychologist, specializing in group and systems dynamics.

Tom has an MBA from the Emory University, Goizueta School of Business. After earning his Masters in Psychology he studied Clinical Psychology in the Doctoral Program at Georgia State University. He lives with his wife and son in Atlanta.
