The Powerful Coaching Conversation - Part 2

The purpose of this workshop is to help the participants enhance the quality of their day-to-day conversations by equipping them to be coach-like in all of their interactions with others. In this highly-experiential workshop, they will learn potent, practical skills they can use immediately to make all of their conversations more impactful. They will also be introduced to the fundamental processes on which great coaching conversations are based so that they will have a framework for utilizing coaching conversations in their roles as leaders.

A very important theme of the workshop is that participants need to move beyond simply giving counsel, advice, and direction in their conversations in order to become more powerful. The Coaching Experiential and the Coach-Like Conversation are the key learning elements in the workshop. These elements provide the participants opportunities to experiment with and practice the skills, approaches and concepts that are introduced in the workshop. It is important to note that these are not role-plays but, rather, are real-time conversations about important current issues.

This workshop can serve as a continuation of The Powerful Coaching Conversation I or can be delivered as a stand-alone learning event.
