Julie Henry has over 12 years of experience in leadership development and talent management. She is consistently recognized for outstanding client service and innovative, high-quality solutions to address her clients’ challenges and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Bluepoint, Julie was an account director at a large advertising agency where she spent much of her time analyzing market trends and consumer dynamics, and developing creative and innovative advertising campaigns for brands like Coca- Cola, Royal Bank, General Motors and Johnson & Johnson. Julie holds a BA from the University of Toronto and received a Communications and Advertising Accredited Professional designation from the Institute of Communications & Advertising.
