The Leadership Emotional Intelligence Assessment

This assessment was created to provide leaders with anonymous, confidential feedback on their interpersonal effectiveness, leadership impact, and development opportunities. Leadership emotional intelligence is the primary determinant of a leader’s ability to effectively influence others.
