In addition, we appreciate the creativity in working with our business either in scoping options, pricing, or schedules. We have never been disappointed with a Bluepoint Leadership learning experience.”

“I first came across Bluepoint Leadership several years ago, when I was part of their executive education program. This course had such a profound impact on me and my leadership, that I was excited to have the opportunity to bring it to Halton Healthcare.”
Bluepoint, an innovator and facilitator of advanced leadership concepts, has been selected to Training Industry Inc.’s 2023 Top Training Watch List. It’s the 12th time Bluepoint has been selected to the Watch List for the Leadership Training sector of the learning and development (L&D) market. This year’s selection was based on Bluepoint’s “breadth of leadership development programs that serve the learning needs of leaders.”
Training Industry Inc. notes that its Watch List is intended to better inform professionals about the best and most innovative providers of training services and technologies. Award recipients “bridge the divide between course providers and cutting-edge learning technology” that improves learner retention and closes employee skill gaps.
“We (Alberta Health Services) chose to work with Bluepoint as an organization that develops leaders with integrity and intention. When looking for a coaching program, we found that the Leader as Coach program helps leaders form more authentic and engaging relationships with their team members to help them achieve their best, even beyond what they may have thought possible. A groundswell is happening in our organization with coaching becoming a key skill for leaders from our most senior executives to the front-line - Bluepoint has played a key role in this shift. From the talented and supportive team to the program materials, Bluepoint has proven to be a valued partner whom I would wholeheartedly recommend to others!”

Bluepoint placed third in the hotly contested Large Leadership Provider Category as a result of the success and participant feedback for our new program, BreakOut!…. become the leader of the future today! Furthermore; we were delighted to see that one of our core clients, Qualcomm, collected a Best-in-Class award for their work with the Bluepoint Executive Leadership Essentials Program.
“The Bluepoint approach focuses on the individual leader and helps them to grow and develop. It does not suggest a template for the ideal leader and make people conform to that image. This core belief separated Bluepoint from other firms we were considering.”
We are thrilled to share the news that Bluepoint Leadership Development has won a Bronze Award from the Brandon Hall Group for our partnership with Konica Minolta in the category, Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy.
