Bluepoint and Carestream formed a strong collaborative partnership to create two high-potential development programs for emerging leaders and senior leaders. Each high-potential development program included a series of custom leadership development workshops and micro-eLearning programs, individual application coaching for each participant, and a group leadership project to apply their learning.
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts; Brandon Hall Group analysts; and executives based on these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
Neil Bryant, vice president of leadership and sales development, Americas at Carestream, said, “On behalf of Carestream, I am privileged and honored to receive Brandon Hall Group’s gold award for Best Advance in Leadership Development. This achievement serves as evidence of the ‘power of two.’ Two organizations, Carestream and Bluepoint, created something together larger than initially envisioned. And the beneficiaries of this partnership are the emerging and existing leaders who are elevating their skills, ability, performance, and enjoyment of leading… for their own professional growth as well as for making Carestream a stronger company. This endorsement fuels our future work in this field, and we’re grateful for the recognition. Hats off to our partners, and here’s to creating more exceptional development opportunities for our people!”
“Bluepoint has a unique blend of programs available, yet, they scope and deliver work that is meaningful and relevant to Yamaha’s particular business situation and learning maturity. The team members of Bluepoint are all exceptional, first in the level of professionalism and responsiveness, but more so in their organization, quality and deep level of subject matter knowledge. In addition, we appreciate the creativity in working with our business either in scoping options, pricing, or schedules. We have never been disappointed with a Bluepoint Leadership learning experience.”
Bluepoint Leadership Development was recognized by Training Industry Magazine as one of the top Leadership Development Companies to watch in 2022.
Organizations were chosen based on strict criteria, including breadth and quality of program and service offerings, industry visibility, innovation and impact in the leadership training market, client and customer representation, and business performance and growth.
Training Industry chose Bluepoint based on its “breadth of leadership development programs that serve the learning needs of leaders.” Training Industry notes that its “Watch List” is intended to help buyers of training services evaluate online learning library providers, representing emerging or unique strengths and capabilities. Award recipients “bridge the divide between course providers and cutting-edge learning technology” that improves learner retention and closes employee skill gaps.
“We (Alberta Health Services) chose to work with Bluepoint as an organization that develops leaders with integrity and intention. When looking for a coaching program, we found that the Leader as Coach program helps leaders form more authentic and engaging relationships with their team members to help them achieve their best, even beyond what they may have thought possible. A groundswell is happening in our organization with coaching becoming a key skill for leaders from our most senior executives to the front-line - Bluepoint has played a key role in this shift. From the talented and supportive team to the program materials, Bluepoint has proven to be a valued partner whom I would wholeheartedly recommend to others!”

Bluepoint placed third in the hotly contested Large Leadership Provider Category as a result of the success and participant feedback for our new program, BreakOut!…. become the leader of the future today! Furthermore; we were delighted to see that one of our core clients, Qualcomm, collected a Best-in-Class award for their work with the Bluepoint Executive Leadership Essentials Program.
“The Bluepoint approach focuses on the individual leader and helps them to grow and develop. It does not suggest a template for the ideal leader and make people conform to that image. This core belief separated Bluepoint from other firms we were considering.”
We are thrilled to share the news that Bluepoint Leadership Development has won a Bronze Award from the Brandon Hall Group for our partnership with Konica Minolta in the category, Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy.
“I’m honored to recognize this group of elite organizations with phenomenal programs across HCM functions. The winners truly exemplified excellence around the critical business dimensions across the award categories, including a high standard of performance in their organization and demonstrated clear, measurable business results through these innovative programs,” said Rachel Cooke, COO of Brandon Hall Group.
The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group Sr. Analysts and Executive Leadership based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
