Kneisha Sanders is a leadership coach and facilitator who helps executives, emerging leaders, and managers address complex topics regarding workplace culture, emotional intelligence, team conflict, management & leadership performance, racial reconciliation, spirituality at work, and unconscious biases.

Kneisha spent 10 years working as an operational finance professional in Fortune 100 companies across the Aerospace, Energy, Healthcare, Home Appliances, Financial Services – Global Operations, and Food Distribution industries. Kneisha developed her expertise through her roles as an Internal Auditor, Consultant, Project Manager, and Market Finance Manager in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT.

Kneisha has experience working with international teams on global assignments physically located in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and India. She has coached and trained local and international cross-functional leaders and teams in-person and virtually. Kneisha has designed and taught leadership coaching in the corporate and academia arenas, conducted DiSC assessments and workshops, and facilitated leadership team strategy sessions. Kneisha holds an MS in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior, Coaching & Consulting from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an authorized Everything DiSC Partner and Facilitator through Wiley.

Kneisha has been professionally coaching since 2013 with having 5 years as an internal Master Coach for General Electric Company’s executive leadership development programs. She has also served on nonprofit boards in the capacity of professional development, leading their programming, training, and coaching initiatives.

Her coaching and facilitation style is light-spirited. However, her approach is direct and solution-focused.
