The United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is a Texas-based Fortune 500 diversified financial services group of companies offering banking, investing, and insurance to people and families that serve, or served, in the United States Army.

In 2012, USAA added Bluepoint‘s Leadership Express Series to their leadership curriculum and the results have been outstanding. Bluepoint provided a train-the-trainer session for USAA‘s facilitators who rolled out the program to 500 leaders in 2012. USAA‘s leaders appreciated the content and shorter length of the workshops and left the workshops excited to implement the new skills and behaviors. In 2013, USAA decided to extend their partnership with Bluepoint through 2015 and have expanded the program to train 2500 more of USAA‘s leaders.
