Celgene‘s journey with Bluepoint started in 2010 when they needed a partner to design and customize a leadership program to fit their values and competencies. Curriculum for their leadership program includes Bluepoint‘s The Leadership Essentials, The Leader Within, The Leader Speaks and Leader As Coach. Additionally, Bluepoint has certified over 17 internal Master Coaches to ensure accountability and results. The Master Coach Graduates also provide coaching support for Celgene’s High Potential Program. Bluepoint has been fortunate to have been working with Celgene for over 4 years now.
