In 2009, Bluepoint designed and began delivery of the Qualcomm Executive Leadership Essentials Series targeted to director and senior level leaders. The complete program includes a three-day Executive Leadership Essentials Workshop, followed by three months of individual Application Coaching for all participants, and culminates with a half-day Planning to Lead Workshop. This work continues to be delivered to groups in the US, Europe, and India. In 2010, Qualcomm received the Bersin Learning Leaders Award, based in part upon this program.
As a result of this success, in 2011 Bluepoint was asked to design a new program for the mid-level management group, and this was launched the same year. The Excellence in Leadership Program consists of three separate classroom led sessions: The Leader Within, The Coaching Essentials, and Leading With Impact. The program concludes with Making Great Leadership a Habit, a two-hour virtual webinar.
