Business Experience

Christine has been working in the consulting industry for more than 18 years, offering practical insights to enhance personal and organizational effectiveness. Christine possesses valuable experience of human resources management and business management, especially in organizational development, leadership development, succession management, career development, change management, workforce optimization and sales effectiveness. She is a frequent presenter and program facilitator for management groups in the industries that include pharmaceutical, consumer goods, information technology, transportation and manufacturing.

In early 1999, Christine was the key start-up member of Center for Effective Leadership (CEL, An exclusive provider of Franklin Covey) in Shanghai. As China General Manager, she played an important role in growing and developing the business in China. She led CEL to achieve the “China Staff Top 3 Training Providers in China” for 7 years in a row since 1999 (Winner from year 2000 to 2005), gaining a good reputation from the market.

After CEL was bought over by Manpower Inc. (global leading firm in staffing industry) in Y2003, Christine took her new leadership role in Right Management (a leading company in Career Transition and organization consulting, a subsidiary of Manpower Inc.). She was responsible for clients’ development strategies and needs, offering practical development and change solutions to help clients succeed. In Y2007, she was transferred to Manpower China’s corporate office, looked after a nationwide sales team and a regional team in Shanghai. Her last assignment in Manpower was National Sales Director and Regional Director.

Consulting Experience

As a senior consultant, Christine brings with her a wealth of experience in people development and business development. As a facilitator, Christine can effectively teach groups of different levels, ranging from senior managers to front-line leaders. Her characteristic is perceived as sharp, engaging and agile.

Prior to her appointment at CEL, Christine was Business Development Manager at East West Management Consultancy (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, where she was responsible for the setting up and management of the sales division in East China. She is also a certified trainer for American LIFO and MAP.

Before starting her career in consulting, Christine worked in Shanghai Chinese Traditional Medicine University as a lecturer on Economics and Management.
