Erika Saulea joined Bluepoint in 2022 as a Strategic Learning Partner where she works with our clients to create high quality leadership and organizational development solutions.

Erika brings over 12 years of client service and sales experience to our team. Prior to joining Bluepoint, Erika was an Account Executive at Business and Learning Resources where she worked with clients to develop robust employee training programs.

Erika works remotely from her home office near Jacksonville, Florida. She and her husband have two children and enjoy spending time outdoors.
