Vice President, Leadership Development and Coaching

Neil is committed to the development of leaders… executive, mid-level, and emerging… and supporting all professionals who seek to elevate their performance and enjoyment of work. Following a meaningful career in sales, marketing, consulting, and business management in large corporations, he turned his focus to the leadership development and Executive Coaching fields. His passion lies in enabling leaders, and all committed professionals, to become the most effective and satisfying version of themselves in the context of their work.

 

Current Role & Background

In his current role as Vice President at Bluepoint, Neil influences the company’s thinking and direction for the global Coaching and Leadership Development portions of the business, and accordingly brings relevant industry research, knowledge, and informed services and programs to the broad workplace setting.

Previously, Neil was the Vice President of Leadership Development for Carestream Health, a $1.4B medical imaging company. In that role, reporting to the President of the Americas Region, he was responsible for the development of current and emerging leaders throughout the Region across all business functions. Noteworthy points include:

  • He conceptualized, designed, and delivered the company’s professional development strategy for all employees, providing growth path support and resources for every Region member
  • Partnering with Bluepoint Leadership Development, he led the first-ever formal leadership development programs in the company’s history which earned the global Brandon Hall Gold Award
  • He drove the design and adoption of a Region-wide ‘Leader As Coach’ program to introduce and imbed this competency into their leadership culture
  • Neil served as the personal advisor and Coach to the Region’s President and all members of the Americas Senior Leadership Team
