With over 8 years of experience in Leadership and Employee development across corporations such as Amazon, Johnson Controls, Bosch, EY, scaleups and startups, Nevena brings a wealth of expertise in cultivating high-performing teams and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

As an ICF certified Leadership Coach, Senior Team Coach, and Transactional Analysis (TA) Counselor, she is dedicated to driving personal and professional growth through tailored coaching and development programs, using lots of gamification and interactive exercises.

Nevena is also certified in Hogan Assessments, specializing in leveraging personality insights to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational success. Her mission is to empower leaders to lead with purpose, clarity, and impact.

Nevena is very passionate about knowledge sharing so she started a local nonprofit L&D community in Zurich that supports and connects professionals in the learning and development sector across Switzerland.
