With his solid experience in Leadership Development and Consultancy Service, Norman can conduct programs of Leadership Development Analysis, Leadership Curriculum Design & Delivery as well as Organizational Development. Norman also owns intensive experience in Change Management and Coaching.

Education

Norman holds both a Master Degree in EMBA from CEIBS and MBA from Madonna University, Livonia, Michigan, US, after his graduation from Shanghai University in 1990.
