Suellen has over twenty years designing and delivering award-winning leadership development experiences that provide individuals the opportunity to reflect on who they are and who they are becoming as leader, while engaging with their peers to both challenge and support them on their leadership journeys. While she takes her work seriously and believes implicitly that leadership makes all the difference in our organizations, you can expect a bit of levity that engages audiences from new managers to the C-Suite.

Suellen has extensive experience in debriefing 360s and personality assessments as part of her coaching practice. As with the learning experiences she creates, she believes that her role is to create the space for leaders to become the best version of themselves through tapping into their passions and finding their authentic voice as a leader.

She has collaborated with HR partners through leading succession planning sessions, facilitating small group interventions from crafting vision statements to culture change initiatives and customizing learning programs to meet business needs.

She has a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters of Science in Human Resource Administration from Temple University. She is certified to deliver Hogan Assessments, CliftonStrengths and is a Certified Digital Learning Professional. Most importantly she is the mother of twin girls who inspire her to embrace a Growth Mindset every day!
