Bluepoint, an innovator and facilitator of advanced leadership development concepts and coaching programs, and Carestream, a leader in innovative imaging systems, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the “Best Advance in Leadership Development” category.

Bluepoint and Carestream formed a strong collaborative partnership to create two high-potential development programs for emerging leaders and senior leaders. Each high-potential development program included a series of custom leadership development workshops and micro-eLearning programs, individual application coaching for each participant, and a group leadership project to apply their learning.
