Anne has a broad background in the area of Talent Management, and is a highly experienced facilitator and coach. Her areas of focus include Career Management, Change Management, Mentoring, Team Building, Executive/Leader Coaching, and diverse Leadership Development Programs. She has worked with professionals at all levels within a broad range of industries and organizations.
Anne has more than 20 years of experience working with Human Resource Management Consulting firms including more than four years as a Senior Partner with a firm she helped establish. This firm was devoted to providing career coaching and assessment, and unique transition programs to the community, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Anne also has a twelve-year background in financial services, and has served as Vice President and Financial Lending Officer/Sales and Marketing Specialist for a leading multi-national financial services institution.
Anne is a certified practitioner and international facilitator of leadership and team building programs. She is certified on a variety of assessments including, MRG, Benchmarks, PDI, Birkman Method, HOGAN, Emotional Intelligence EQi, and Executive Coaching. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences and has continued her studies in advanced professional development and continuing education programs. She is also certified to deliver Leading Through Change, and has trained human resource professionals in the Change Effectiveness Report, a change assessment tool for leaders.
Anne is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Women’s Professional Network Group, and she has presented at various professional organizations and conferences. She is an active speaker on such topics as Talent Management: How to Keep the Talent your Competition Wants; Employee Engagement & Productivity, Understanding and Building your Team through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Stress Management and Life/Work Balance.
