Bob Johnson is an experienced leadership development professional with expertise in leadership, executive coaching, team development, client retreats and classroom facilitation. Bob has been described as one of the leading, most seasoned, executive coaches with a style best described as one of “benevolent irreverence”.

He has over 30 years of experience as an executive coach, working in over 150 organizations across a wide variety of industries that include oil and gas, mining, high tech, manufacturing, health care, retail, banking, telecommunications, engineering, construction and the golf industry.

His reputation as a renowned facilitator has led to demands for his work to be delivered globally, and Bob has worked extensively in South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East in addition to his coast to coast work in North America.

Bob holds two undergraduate degrees from the Minnesota State University at Mankato. He is a trained Intrinsic Coach through the Totally Coached program as well as a certified Bigger Game coach and in the Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) method through the Center for Right Relationship. He is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator facilitator and is certified to use the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) and the Firo-B indicator.

He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has held several volunteer roles leading the Executive Coach Committee and was one of the founders of the Executive Coach Learning Track at the Annual ICF Conference. He has led and participates in the Executive Coach Summit, an annual think tank of experienced professional executive coaches. He is also a founding member and serves as a Board member for the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO). He is a founding member and a past president of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.
