Hari is a passionate Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Organisation Consultant who has worked with Entrepreneurs, Start-Up Founders, CXOs and senior leaders of organisations in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, software, financial services, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and education.
He brings a unique mix of rich experiences, having worked both overseas and in India. He has also been a successful entrepreneur who co-founded two companies before divesting interests in both companies by early 2002.
Hari is a certified CEO Coach from CFI (Coaching Foundation India) and is the Program Director for all of CFI’s Executive Coach Certification programs. He has also completed an international executive and corporate coaching program delivered by DL Associates, UK. He has coached more than a 100 senior CXO level leaders/entrepreneurs across India over the last 18 years and has well over 2500 hours of coaching experience. He is also a coach trainer/facilitator and coach supervisor to practicing executive coaches.
Apart from being a Leadership Coach, he has been an Independent (Non-Executive) Director in a listed Public Limited Company and an advisor to organisations in the field of leadership development.
Hari has also facilitated experiential Leadership and Team Development programs both nationally and internationally. He has been a senior facilitator of Crestcom International, USA and has delivered their leadership training programs in Europe, USA and India.
He is certified to administer and interpret a variety of psychometric assessments including the MBTI instrument (APT, USA), FIRO-B instrument (APP, India), EQ-i 2.0(Emotional Quotient Inventory- Bar-On), Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT 1&2) by the Barrett Values Centre, UK and Harrison suite of Assessments, USA apart from having completed a course in Transactional Analysis (TA 101 – ITAA) and an advanced course in NLP conducted by Dr. Dick McHugh, USA. He has also completed the Advanced Lab in Human Processes (ALHP) from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS) before continuing the journey with Aastha Foundation for Human Learning and Growth (Aastha).
He is a Post Graduate in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi (IIFT).
Hari therefore brings an in-depth understanding of both business and human behavior and close to 40 years of work experience in a variety of contexts as an Entrepreneur, Facilitator and Leadership Coach.
