Hazem is a business leader with international experience for more than 25 years. Holding an MBA from the American University in Cairo, following his B,Sc, in Hotel Management.
He possesses a solid understanding of North American and European corporate cultures through his extensive work and travel, with a deep appreciation of the working environments across the diverse economies and cultures of the Middle East, where he trained and consulted extensively.
Hazem is described by those who have worked with him as a man of values, enthusiastic, infectiously energetic and inspirational, resourceful and committed, charming, a person of integrity, tactful with solid conflict resolution skills, having leadership traits, a skills-set and experience which enable him to competently inspire leaders to achieve and even exceed challenging and complex organizational goals.
Hazem holds a track record of achievement. He was part of the opening team for a multinational hotel in Cairo Egypt, where he was promoted twice in three years and was the first Egyptian and Arab to hold the position of Regional Training Manager M/E in the world. He participated in revamping and redirecting the company’s training and development strategy worldwide. After that he took over the position of Corporate Human Resources Director for a Mega Regional Company where he was able to set new standards and culture within a challenging environment.
His stamina for Business Acumen drove him to start his Human Resources, Training and Consultancy company where he started from scratch and within years made it one of the most reputable, successful, and profitable companies in this industry. Most of the top multinational companies in the world are on his client list.
During that he had lots of training and consulting within the region including many assignments with CEOs and C- suite level, and he is a Master trainer for many world class training programs.
His passion for helping people to grow and develop is endless and sees it as part of his mission in life.
Currently he is the Chairman & Managing Director for Dynamic International, a HR & Training consulting organization that is working within the Middle East Region.
He is fluent in both English and Arabic. He has basic understanding of Spanish. He is a Tennis player and currently learning Ikido.
He has traveled to many countries in the world in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East.
