Ingrid Wiese has over fifteen years of experience as a strength-based Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer. She has successfully coached over 1,000 leaders from Fortune 100 companies and facilitated stand-out programs across a variety of industries. Ingrid engages groups and individuals with thoughtful questions that challenge them to dig deeper and create practical plans to move forward and achieve their objectives

Ingrid began her coaching career in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia after the Rose Revolution, guiding new leadership through the changes and challenges of a resistant Parliament.  Later, she served as a representative of the US State Department seconded to the Office of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) for missions to Georgia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Albania.

Ingrid individually coaches over 100 senior leaders annually.  Her reputation for excellence in delivery is spread over 500+ workshops annually.  Her passion for learning expands to the use of different technological platforms to expand and enhance learning objectives.  In 2014, Ingrid contributed to The Mind Gym white paper that collected the best practices of the highest rated coaches in their network.

Ingrid received her M.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, and her Certificate in Advanced Studies of Facilitation & Conflict Resolution from the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC), Syracuse University.  She is an ICF certified coach, certified to administer and interpret the CCL Assessment Suite, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), FIRO-B, FIRO-Business, TKI, CPI260, Strong Interest Inventory, Work Place Big 5, and the Lominger VOICES 360.  Ingrid is a Mind Gym Master Coach.  She received her coaching certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego.
