Karen Delk is a leadership development facilitator, coach, and consultant. She brings over 25 years of experience and has partnered with leaders and teams in four industries providing strategic HR support to global Fortune 100 organizations. Her career includes 17 years in progressive Vice President roles in corporate, business, and field human resources and talent development organizations, including being part of the Prudential Chairman’s talent strategy team. She has partnered with leaders and teams to enhance performance for high achievers to gain clarity on their goal(s) and develop a plan for implementation.

Karen coach’s global executives and managers to stronger performance, better leadership, and broader organizational responsibility using her strong business acumen, her extensive human resource experience, and knowledge of corporate organizational structure. She leverages her human resource experience to provide group and individual coaching. Her areas of expertise include authentic leadership, change management, communication, executive presence, strategic thinking, and vision implementation.

She is a highly experienced workshop facilitator who has designed, implemented and facilitated highly effective leadership and management development programs for all levels of leadership. She served as faculty for Prudential’s enterprise-wide management and leadership development programs. She has created a center of excellence for sales suitability and compliance centralizing 76 field-based operations to one location saving $10 million dollars and exceeding diversity goals. She facilitated two acquisitions which expanded GE Capital’s B to B financial and telecom services solutions business.

Karen is certified in Caliper Profile, the Hogan Assessment Series, Leadership Circle Profile, MBTI Indicator, Question Thinking Tools, and a variety of multi-rater surveys. Karen is a Professional Certified Coach, International Coach Federation. She attended Fielding Graduate University, Evidenced Based Coaching Certificate.

Karen has a MSc. Economics with a concentration in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, London School of Economics. She obtained her undergraduate degree, Mount Holyoke College, B.A., Politics

Her professional affiliations include the Yale School of Management Executive Education Program to coach participants attending the Women’s Leadership Program and eMBA and MBA students. She has membership in EMCC, an international coach mentoring council for experienced consultants and executive coaches. In addition, is Chair of the Princeton YW Board, and a member of Princeton Cable TV, both local community organizations.
