Kenny worked at Fujitsu, a major Japanese computer company for 3 years. After that he worked at Goldman Sachs New York and Tokyo office for 8 years as an institutional equity sales. His clients included major Japanese and International financial institutions such as Sumitomo bank, Nomura Investment, Fidelity Investment, Black Rock, Invesco. After Goldman Sacks, Kenny worked at American Management Association, a major American training company based in New York and Tokyo as a workshop facilitator and workshop designer and developer. After working at AMA for 5 years, he established his own company called Consul Training in 2001. Since then he has been working as an independent workshop facilitator.

Kenny’s workshop programmes include presentation skills, sales skills, negotiation skills, cross cultural communication and meeting skills, coaching, and leadership skills especially tailored for financial industries. Since working at Goldman Sachs for 8 years in both the New York and Tokyo office, he has a clear understanding on the specific training needs of financial industries. Kenny has facilitated workshops both in English and Japanese for major financial institutions such as Barclays Capital, Black rock, Fidelity Investment, Nomura Securities, Mizuho Bank, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Recently he started to run workshops in Chinese for Chinese companies in Shanghai.
