For over two decades, Kerri has been inspiring and leading others to achieve extraordinary results. Kerri brings her expertise as a Certified Executive Coach and Conflict Resolution and Mediation specialist to help create successful and often transformational outcomes for her clients. She has achieved Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of the masters level Executive Coaching program from Royal Roads University. She has also achieved certification in conflict resolution and negotiation from The Justice Institute of British Columbia.

Having built her career from the front line, to the executive suite, to business owner, Kerri understands first hand the challenges leaders face today. She brings a genuine understanding and compassion to her work, forging strong, trusting, and committed partnerships with her clients. She excels at creating a safe space for clients to explore their own learning and development, which challenges and supports them to take calculated risks. Her no-nonsense, action oriented approach is a trademark that enables those who fully engage in their work with Kerri to get the desired results.

Kerri is passionate about helping leaders and teams leverage their success. By drawing from her own valuable mix of education and leadership experience, Kerri takes them to the next level. Having led her own team as an executive for an internationally renown leader in hospitality, her efforts helped achieve the coveted Conde Naste award for the #1 hotel in Canada. Kerri knows what it takes to continually raise the bar and has built a solid reputation as an executive coach, conflict and mediation specialist, and facilitator in a variety of industries.

Transferring her expertise to her clients, invoking powerful insights and sharing valuable lessons to increase interpersonal effectiveness is something Kerri strives to achieve. As alumni of Royal Roads University, Kerri continues to give back to the coaching community in her own time. She sits on the panel of examiner’s for the graduating executive coach’s final exam, and mentors new and developing coaches starting their careers.
