Kostas is based in Athens, Greece, and is passionate about developing leaders across large, complex organizations. He believes that success depends on simultaneously challenging and supporting people. His slogan is “Design the Future, Challenge the People”.
Kostas has 10 years of experience in senior commercial positions in consumer and telecom industries and brings more than 15 years of consulting and training experience. He worked as a project leader
at a number of European, Balkans and local people development projects.
Prior to joining Bluepoint, Kostas worked as facilitator and coach for Mercuri International and Achieve Global, global human capital consulting firms. He was certified for leadership and sales development rograms, working over 80 organizations across a wide variety of industries that include retail, b-to-b, consumer, high tech, manufacturing, health care, agriculture, banking and telecommunications. He facilitated executives, managers and coached leaders.
Kostas spent four years working as Internal Development Director at a telecomm organization. He designed and implemented a holistic approach in generating excellence in customer experience. His approach was implemented at the network in Greece, Cyprus and Balkans.
As a consultant he designed and developed a leadership development curriculum for a pharmaceutical organization which implemented internationally. He also designed the sales approach for a number of consumer and b-to-b companies.
Kostas studied Economics in Athens University and has an MBA from the University of Brussels. He had also studied educational sciences in Athens University and has a Master in Distance Learning from Open University Greece.
