May Li has been working in the area of Learning and Leadership Development for more than 20 years. She is well recognized for engaging and inspiring workshop participants and coaching talent with an adaptive and inclusive facilitation style.

May has had a comprehensive and varied career working for multinational companies across a range of industries, most recently as a part-time project consultant/coach for a global pharmaceutical company helping them to lead and deploy a culture transformation project in China.

Prior to this role, May worked as a senior faculty member for General Electric (GE) corporate university (Crotonville) in the China region, focusing on people development, leadership development and team development etc. As part of the company’s corporate university, May was a learning consultant supporting GE Healthcare China to provide leadership development solutions and programs.

May also worked for seven years with Danone Asia Pacific Region as an associate learning director and was responsible for a global leadership development program roll-out in the Asia Pacific Region. Before she worked for Danone, May was the Head of Learning & Development for Maersk Group Greater China Region from 2002 to 2009.

May is certified in various assessment, coaching and Leadership Development programs, including MBTI, DISC, Strength Finder, Erickson International Coaching, Coach of Co-active Coaching, GE Global Leadership Development Programs Faculty. May is also qualified as China National Professional Psychology Counselor (Level II).

May graduated from Nanjing Aeronautical & Aerospace University (BA degree), also with a diploma in Strategic Human Resources from China-Europe International Business School.
