Dr. Nattavut Kulnides is the Managing Director of ADGES Consulting, a Thai-based leadership and human capital consulting firm, specializing in psychometric assessment, leadership development, learning solutions, and management consulting.
Dr. Nattavut has extensive experience in large-scale business transformation and change management for multinational organizations. His expertise also includes working collaboratively with organizations to design and deliver leadership development programs. He had been in charge of leading training academies for multinational organizations and was chairman of an executive program for Thailand’s leading business school. His strategic and hands-on management experience gives him the ability to engage in strategy formulation process while keeping it realistic, measurable, and practical. Dr. Nattavut is also a well-recognized coach who holds many of coaching certifications and currently provides coaching services to Thailand’s top-tier organizations. His passion in using psychometric assessments has led him to be certified in many leading assessments such as MBTI, Hogan Assessment, and Predictive Index.
Dr. Nattavut has worked in executive positions in many world leading organizations such as Accenture, Maersk Sealand, and BMW. His last position before initiating his own business was Deputy Managing Director and Head of Human Capital Consulting for Mercer in Thailand. Dr. Nattavut is also an adjunct faculty member on the subjects of corporate strategy and strategic human resource management (SHRM) at College of Management, Mahidol University in Thailand. Dr. Nattavut is proud of his contribution with the goal to improve the quality of Thailand Human Capital by working as an advisor for Human Capital Management Committee for Thailand Listed Companies Association (TLCA), an organization under supervision of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Dr. Nattavut earned his bachelor degree in Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and MBA from University of Colorado. He received his Doctoral of Business Administration (DBA) in Innovation Management from Manchester Business School. He also participated in executive programs at INSEAD and IMD.
He has a deep passion in black & white photography and loves to travel with his young family to many interesting places.
