With 25 years of experience building and guiding teams in high-tech research and technology, Peter Rauber has a deep understanding of the corporate environment and its intricacies. He has worked in Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United States, collecting rich international experience. Leading projects in Chile, China, Germany, and India further broadened his intercultural understanding and sensitivity. Today, he offers leadership coaching for a broad range of clients with the most ambitious aspirations. Peter is fluent in English and German, with basic knowledge of French, Italian, and Dutch.

During his career as an engineering lead, Peter created organizations in various countries and environments, leading to world-class research and development teams. He has been coaching leaders and scientists in myriad settings for the last six years. Peter developed coaching workshops for engineering leaders and brought a coaching culture to over 200 leaders within the workforce at Qualcomm. His curious and innovative nature led him to secure 146 U.S. and international patents.

Peter believes it is crucial for people to pursue goals that bring happiness and success aligned with their values. Combined with empathic listening, Peter employs a candid, direct approach in his communication. Leading from the heart, he willingly engages in difficult conversations in utmost service to the client. Peter is inspired by the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Don’t go where the path may follow. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

Peter is exploring meditation and mindfulness. He enjoys traveling, hiking in the mountains, cooking at home, and drinking a glass of good wine.

Peter is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI/ICF) and a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and has undertaken various other corporate coaching and leadership programs. He obtained a BSEE in telecommunications in Switzerland and an MSEE in wireless information theory in the United States.
