Sonal is a charismatic coach and workshop facilitator known for her wild curiosity, playful delivery style, and ability to connect quickly with people. Her areas of focus include Leadership Development, Executive Presence, Mental Fitness, Effective Communication, Conflict Management, and Confidence.

Her professional journey began in healthcare as a community pharmacist over two decades ago. She holds an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business and leverages over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at global companies including Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Bayer. She has hands on experience in sales, marketing, Lean Six Sigma, and strategy development.

An entrepreneur at heart, Sonal left the corporate world and transitioned to executive coaching, leadership development, and corporate training. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained by the world-renowned CTI (Co-Active Training Institute formerly known as the Coaches Training Institute) and is a member their faculty, training new coaches across the globe. Sonal holds the Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is also trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (teams).

In her role as a Coach, Sonal helps purposeful leaders uncover their hidden strengths, leverage them to increase impact, become effortlessly effective, and feel fulfilled.

As a Workshop Facilitator, Sonal is passionate about delivering highly experiential, practical, and relevant workshops to help leaders understand themselves better and develop deeper connections with others.

She is certified to deliver The Leadership Circle Profile® 360 assessment, Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders, Hogan assessment and Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.

Sonal has been privileged to work with organizations in the pharmaceutical, consulting, financial services, non-profit, and education sectors. She currently volunteers for two non-profit organizations, National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) and Women Leaders in Pharma (WLP).

Sonal is currently based in Toronto, Canada. She loves to travel and speaks multiple languages. In her spare time, she can be found playing guitar and singing at open mics in the city.
