She is the founder and director of Spark18 Pte Ltd, a global leadership coaching company based in Singapore. Her coaching practice accelerates the personal and professional growth of emerging and mid-level leaders in complex and dynamic environments.
Subin is French Chinese and is fluent in French, English, Mandarin, and Spanish. Her facility with languages, coupled with her international business background and entrepreneurial spirit, has allowed her to navigate multicultural and high-growth contexts. She is a strong advocate of women in leadership and seeks to bridge the gap between Western and Eastern cultures.
Using neuroscience and coactivity methods, Subin coaches leaders to deepen their self-awareness, explore their limitations, and hone their skills. Leaders who work with Subin are able to raise their performance and focus their sense of purpose to make a positive impact within their organizations.
Subin has extensive experience working with global leaders in a multitude of industries, including banking/finance, gaming, real estate, and luxury fashion retail. She has worked with large global multinationals throughout Europe and Asia.
As a consultant and executive coach for the leadership development firm Linkage Inc., Subin helped design and deliver leadership development and team effectiveness programs for corporate clients in the Asia-Pacific region. She is currently a co-organizer with the Asia Startup Network, bringing startups and investors into the region to create a positive impact.
Subin is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI/ICF) and a Professional Certified Coach (ICF). She is also trained as a mental fitness coach through the Positive Intelligence program with Dr. Shirzad Chamine. Subin graduated with a degree in international business management from the ESSEC Business School in France.
