Tracy began her career in the legal profession and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She became a part-time lecturer and, from this, developing people became her passion. She has been in a variety of Learning & Development roles for the last 20 years. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, change management, employee engagement and team dynamics.

She has extensive experience in one-to-one and group coaching and has achieved the highest level of recognition from the Institute of Leadership and Management in Executive Coaching and Management Mentoring.

Tracy believes that learning is best achieved by creating a collaborative and engaging environment, and she prides herself on a style that is both stimulating and inspiring. As a Master Practitioner in NLP she uses her knowledge of psychology to challenge individuals to enhance their personal effectiveness by harnessing and utilizing their potential.

As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Tracy has supported numerous people to overcome self-limiting beliefs, anxiety and confidence issues, to break old strategies and replace them with more useful ones.

She is very experienced in using a number of psychometric tools and has designed and facilitated many team building events. She enjoys breaking down the dynamics of a team and helping people to understand how their personality type can impact how the team performs.

Tracy is also an accredited Change Management Practitioner and has led a number of significant cultural and structural change programmes during her career.

Tracy’s fascination with the power of the mind and the use of a positive mental attitude extends to her hobbies. She loves nothing more than challenging herself and has completed the Inca trail, trekked to Everest Base Camp and climbed Kilimanjaro to prove the Henry Ford quote ‘If you think you can do it, or you think you can’t do it, you are right.’
