Working Virtually explores the skills needed to succeed in a remote environment: communication, accountability, connection, and collaboration. Over the course of the workshop, participants will learn strategies for communicating more effectively in a virtual environment, be introduced to a mindset of accountability and ownership, and develop plans for building connections and collaboration with key stakeholders.
