Great leaders make their voices heard. This highly experiential workshop is designed to provide participants with the theory, application, practice, and feedback necessary to significantly accelerate their communication effectiveness.

Effective communication is not simply another leadership competency. It is the very heart of leadership.

During this workshop, participants will be equipped with practical leadership approaches for getting their voices heard and creating more engagement, alignment, and commitment. They will learn how to use their natural leadership and communication talents to immediately have a positive impact on others in their organization and beyond.

Micro eLearning

Post-Workshop Support for The Leader Speaks includes a 16-week Micro eLearning Program powered by Mindmarker. The micro eLearning program includes a series of strategically-designed messages that are sent to participants two to three times a week for several months following the workshop. A sequence of videos, podcasts, quizzes, surveys, and assignments help participants refresh and deepen their understanding of workshop concepts, reflect on their current leadership practices, and make real, sustained change in their day-to-day behavior.

The Leader Speaks Model

A comprehensive exploration of the core tenets of great leadership communication will be studied through the use of several video case studies of business, social and political leaders.
