Marco Aurelio Brito has extensive experience as a consultant, facilitator, entrepreneur and a leadership development specialist and has trained over 3000 executives and leaders in the past 10 years. He was certified by Accenture’s Corporate University in St. Charles, Chicago for programs such as Change Management and Culture Transformation & Alignment, Leadership Effectiveness approach and Organizational Architecture & Design. Marco’s education did not stop there, he also graduated from Business Management and is certified in Executive, Life and Team Coaching from Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI) in Brazil.
Marco has had the privilege to work in many different fields under different industries ranging from Information Technology, Retail Stores, Government Organizations, Educational Schools and Banks. Marco later became a Financial & Management Director for a large education company for 8 years. His training in Chicago and Brazil were put to excellent use as Marco taught and managed over 8000 students and 500 employees. Marco trained all the staff in “7Habits of Highly Effective People” and “4 Disciplines of Execution”. Marco joined Franklin Covey programs as a facilitator for “7 Habits of highly effective people, managers and teens”; “Leadership, great leaders, great teams, great results”; “4 Disciplines of Executions training and consultive model”; Helping Clients Succeed- Consultive Sales Methodology” and the new “5 Choices”.
When Marco isn’t busy facilitating thousands of people, he enjoys to run half-marathons and skiing around the world.
